A. In case something goes wrong with your package/order, please contact us for a solution. For all orders in Puerto Rico and the United States, if an item is missing, damaged or you are not satisfied with it, you can call or write us via email to request a refund or a replacement item within 14 days after your purchase.
- Please note that any request for refund or replacement is subject to review by our associates; Completing the submission process is no guarantee that it will be approved. Replacements are subject to availability and will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds are issued to your preferred payment method for the purchase price of the item. If promo codes were applied to the order or if the item was purchased on sale, you will be refunded the amount you paid after the discounts applied. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to post to your account.
B. If you wish to cancel an order or modify the shipping address, you must contact us via email at email@example.com before the order is marked as "Shipped". Please provide us your name, last name and order confirmation number in order for us to cancel it or make any changes to the shipping address. Please note that you cannot add items to your order once it has been placed.
C. What if my package appears as "Delivered" but I did not receive it.
If your order status or tracking details show that your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you wait at least 24 hours before taking action, as the order status or tracking details may change before a package is delivered. After that time has passed, try the following:
Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
Ask a neighbor if they accepted a delivery on your behalf.
Please check the shipping address on your order to make sure it is correct.
